Foundry

Sand casting is a process that utilizes non-reusable sand moulds to form metal castings. It is a common production method for metal components of all sizes, from a few ounces to several tons. Sand casting isn’t only versatile in the size of its products – It can also create exceptionally complex or detailed castings, and can be used to cast nearly any metal alloy.

Pattern Shop

What Is Foundry Pattern Making? The “pattern” is essentially a replica of the object about to be cast. Usually made out of wood, metal or model board, patterns are used to create cavities in moulds. We facilitate a pattern making shop that houses a highly skilled pattern maker to build patterns designed for sand mould casting.
